Logistics Associate

Job Title: Logistics Associate (Temporary Assignment) Location: Fully Onsite Duration: 2-Week Assignment Pay Rate: $20/hr Employment Type: Contract (Short-Term) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator/Supervisor for a short-term, fully onsite assignment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, coordinating shipments, and maintaining efficient communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure all necessary information is shared to meet order fulfillment timelines and required delivery dates Authorize and manage all outbound shipments via UPS, FedEx, or other carriers; determine the most cost-effective and timely shipping methods Supervise daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping activities Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory handling processes Coordinate stock replenishment from local warehouse or distribution sites as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company standards Monitor workflow and provide hands-on support to ensure daily operational goals are met Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience required Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping systems or similar tools preferred Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and coordination skills Supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse setting is a plus Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
