Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner – Apple Valley, California

Day Shift | $150K + Bonus 

Join a supportive, close-knit team of 8 hospitalists at a respected community health center in beautiful Apple Valley, CA . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated NP who enjoys collaborative inpatient medicine and wants strong team support with a balanced schedule.

You'll work alongside experienced colleagues and partner across departments to ensure smooth patient transitions and high-quality care — all within a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Position Highlights

• Excellent schedule Monday - Friday, 8 hour shift

• Day shift 7am - 3pm

• Epic EMR with strong internal informatics support
• Collaborative team culture with excellent physician and APP support

Compensation & Benefits

• Day Shift: $150K annual compensation + productivity bonus

Qualifications

• Acute Care NP preferred

• Family NP considered with hospitalist experience

• Board-certified or board-eligible (certification required before start date)

• New graduates encouraged to apply (completion of training and unrestricted APRN license required prior to start)
