Pay & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $525,000 - $625,000 annually, based on MGMA standards, training, and experience

What You'll Do:

• Provide full-scope Hematology and Medical Oncology care
• Manage approximately 20% inpatient and 80% outpatient cases
• Treat a diverse patient population, including solid tumors and hematologic conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participating in tumor board discussions
• Support research initiatives and contribute to patient education
• Utilize advanced diagnostic and treatment technology, including radiation therapy and infusion services
• Participate in call and inpatient coverage at a regional referral center

What You Need:

• Medical license in Michigan and Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology or relevant specialty
• Experience in general Hematology/Oncology; new graduates considered
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
