What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams in a Level III NICU
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures
• Contribute to clinical decision-making, patient management, family education, and care planning
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and implement evidence-based practices
• Support complex pediatric subspecialty care, including surgery, cardiology, and neurology
• Collaborate actively within a supportive, team-driven environment and assume clinical leadership roles
• Mentor new graduates through dedicated programs
• Maintain professional development to uphold high standards in neonatal care

What You Need

• Valid and active Nurse Practitioner license with NNP certification (excluding FNP, PNP)
• Minimum of 2 years of Neonatal Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal and high-acuity care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
