What You’ll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care alongside neonatologists in a Level III NICU
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal procedures
• Lead clinical decision-making and patient management
• Educate families to support neonatal health
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, including pediatric subspecialties
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship programs

What You Need:

• Current NNP Board Certification (no FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications accepted)
• 2+ years of NNP experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
• Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and compassionate care approach
