What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality neonatal care
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures
• Assist in clinical decision-making, family education, and care planning
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices
• Support pediatric subspecialties such as surgery, cardiology, and neurology
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment with mentorship opportunities, especially for new graduates
• Maintain high standards of neonatal care through ongoing professional development

What You Need

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) board certification (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
• 2+ years of NNP experience preferred; open to new graduates
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a high-acuity environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and family-centered care
