What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures
• Contribute to clinical decision-making, patient management, and family education
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices
• Support pediatric subspecialty care including surgery, cardiology, and neurology
• Take part in mentorship programs, especially for new graduates
• Maintain high standards through ongoing professional development

What You Need

Required:

• Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) credential
• State of Michigan licensure (or eligibility)
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation

Preferred:

• 2+ years of NNP experience
• Experience working in high-acuity NICU environments
