What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive neonatal care
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures
• Contribute to clinical decision-making and care planning for vulnerable neonates
• Educate families and support them through complex medical situations
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and utilize evidence-based practices
• Support pediatric subspecialty care, including surgery, cardiology, and neurology
• Incorporate mentorship and ongoing professional development, especially for new graduates
• Work in a dynamic environment with full team integration and clinical leadership opportunities

What You Need

• Valid NNP Board Certification (FNP, PNP or other NP certifications not accepted)
• Michigan nursing license or eligible for licensing
• 0+ years of relevant neonatal experience; 2+ years preferred
• Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to high standards of neonatal care
