Licenses/Certifications: State Medical License, board-certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine preferred

Experience: Prior MFM experience highly preferred

Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (based on experience)

Compensation: $525,000 - $600,000 annually (competitive base salary)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine care in inpatient and outpatient settings for high-risk pregnancies
• Conduct advanced prenatal diagnostics, including ultrasound and genetic testing
• Perform full-scope MFM procedures and reproductive health services
• Manage a diverse, high-acuity patient population supporting over 7,500 annual deliveries
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OB hospitalists, neonatologists, and pediatric specialists
• Participate in outreach services to regional locations such as Everett and Issaquah
• Support postpartum care in coordination with advanced practice providers
• Engage in teaching and mentorship of OB/GYN residents
• Contribute to clinical research initiatives and academic collaborations

What You Need

Required:

• Medical license and board certification or eligibility in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Prior experience in MFM or related specialty

Preferred:

• Skills in fetal echocardiography and chorionic villus sampling (CVS)
• Experience working in a high-acuity clinical environment
