Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: Hourly equivalent based on annual salary ($285,120 - $380,160/year)
• Additional Compensation: $20,000 sign-on bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN hospitalist care at major Seattle facilities, including deliveries, emergent obstetric support, and GYN procedures
• Manage labor and delivery, assist with surgeries, and address obstetric emergencies
• Support maternal-fetal medicine and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in teaching OB residents and fellows
• Support the hospital’s mission of delivering exceptional, patient-focused care
• Support a healthy work-life balance with flexible scheduling

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in Washington State
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Strong clinical skills in OB hospital medicine
• Experience with labor/delivery and obstetric emergencies preferred
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and safety
