Pay & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $285,120 – $380,160 annually (based on shifts worked)
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive inpatient pediatric care at flagship Seattle hospitals
• Manage acute pediatric cases, including emergencies and complex conditions
• Support neonatal and maternal teams with relevant cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational activities
• Supervise and mentor residents and medical students as appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies

What You Need

• Medical license in Washington state
• Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatrics
• 2+ years of pediatric hospital medicine experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to obtain hospital credentialing
