Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: Base salary ranging from $285,120 to $380,160 annually (based on shifts)
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN hospitalist care at leading Seattle facilities
• Support labor, delivery, and obstetric emergencies, including surgical assists
• Manage obstetric triage, ectopic pregnancies, torsions, and other urgent cases
• Perform routine GYN procedures, including diagnostic laparoscopy
• Collaborate with a team of maternal-fetal medicine specialists and OB providers
• Participate in teaching OB residents and fellows, fostering a professional learning environment
• Promote patient safety and deliver top-quality patient-centered care

What You Need:

• Valid OB/GYN medical license in Washington State or ability to obtain one
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Experience in hospital obstetric and gynecologic care preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedules and support a team environment
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient confidentiality
• Residency within the local area preferred, relocation may be required
