Earn $1,300-$1,600+ per week
Compensation includes:
- Hourly pay: $16-$25 per hour based on performance
- Average credit card tips: $475+ per week
- Average cash tips: $225+ per week

- Valid Maryland cosmetology and/or barber license
- Previous salon leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Confident performing men's and boys' haircuts on all hair types and textures
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Product knowledge with the ability to recommend products and coach retail performance
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Available 30-35 hours per week
