Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base pay ranging from $19-$28.50+ per hour , based on prior quarter weekly net sales
• Average credit card tips of approximately $475+ per week
• Additional cash tips averaging approximately $225+ per week
• Bi-weekly manager focus bonus opportunities ranging from $200-$550+ , based on store and personal performance goals
• Retail commission opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Maryland Cosmetology and/or Barber License
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work 35-40 hours per week and adjust scheduling as business needs require
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Commitment to leading by example and supporting a positive team culture
• Passion for the hair industry and delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Proficiency in men's and boys' haircutting techniques across all hair textures
• Product knowledge with the ability to recommend products and coach retail performance
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, Zoom, and standard office equipment
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude, professionalism, honesty, and adaptability
