About the Role We are seeking a hands-on, highly autonomous Senior Business Development Manager to expand MedDev Solutions’ presence across the San Francisco Bay Area and broader U.S. healthcare technology market. This is an individual contributor role—not a people-management position. You will personally build relationships, create and qualify opportunities, develop pipeline, lead commercial discussions, and drive engagements through contract execution. You’ll work closely with company leadership and multidisciplinary experts across software, quality, regulatory, cybersecurity, AI, and verification & validation to develop solutions that address customer needs. Key Responsibilities Develop new business across Medical Device, SaMD, Digital Health, AI Healthcare, and Life Sciences. Prospect through networking, referrals, events, partnerships, and targeted outreach. Build relationships with executives and technical, product, regulatory, and quality leaders. Lead discovery, proposals, negotiations, and commercial discussions. Partner with internal experts to develop solutions tailored to customer needs. Manage CRM activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasting. Represent MedDev Solutions at industry events and customer meetings. Qualifications 5-7 years in business development, strategic sales, account management, or consultative selling. Experience in MedTech, Medical Devices, SaMD, Digital Health, Healthcare Technology, or Life Sciences. Proven success generating qualified pipeline and managing complex B2B sales cycles. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Bay Area MedTech/Digital Health network strongly preferred. Experience selling engineering, software, quality, regulatory, validation, or cybersecurity services is a plus.
