Food And Beverage Supervisor

Lead the Way at Sky Dine Food and Beverage Supervisor with new operation at the South Bend Airport. Ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? Sky Dine is adding new food operation to the South Bend Airport and is looking for a dedicated, energetic supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people. If you're motivated, hands-on, and eager to make an impact, this role puts you right at the heart of daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing As our Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll help keep the operation running smoothly while creating a warm, welcoming experience for guests and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily food and beverage preparation as well as ensuring compliance with all health, legal, safety, and sanitation standards
Delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns with professionalism
Assisting with inventory management, supply ordering, and cost awareness
Supporting staff training, scheduling, and performance expectations
Conducting routine checks to ensure equipment and operations are functioning efficiently
Maintaining accurate cash handling and ensuring adherence to airport and regulatory guidelines

Previous bar and restaurant or foodservice leadership experience
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Confidence in leading a team in a busy, dynamic environment
A commitment to consistency, quality, and great guest experiences
