Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current and valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) license
• Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred, especially at the elementary level

• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students in individual or small group settings
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and district requirements

• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and parent conferences
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and adapt intervention strategies as needed
