Key Qualifications:

• Active and current North Carolina Occupational Therapy (OT) license
• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Certification from NBCOT
• Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs
• Commitment to ethical, student-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Evaluate students' functional abilities and recommend accommodations or interventions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student achievement
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of services, assessments, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Travel between sites as needed to support multiple students/needs
• Stay current with best practices and professional development
