Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. In this full-time, on-site opportunity near Boise, you’ll play a key role in supporting students’ communication growth and academic success. This position is ideal for both experienced SLPs and those completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY), offering rewarding experiences and professional development in a collaborative setting.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, with a passion for working in educational environments
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement IEP goals and strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Offer guidance and support to teachers and staff regarding strategies to facilitate students’ communication development
- Participate in ongoing professional learning and school-based meetings
