Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Franchise Paralegal – Corporate Location: St. Louis, MO | Hybrid We’re seeking an experienced Franchise Paralegal to support a corporate transactional team. This role offers flexibility—hybrid (2 days remote, 3 in-office) or fully remote if outside commuting distance. Key Responsibilities Manage franchise registrations, disclosures, renewals, and filings across multiple states. Draft and update franchise disclosure documents and agreements. Liaise with clients throughout registration and renewal processes. Monitor trademark registrations and franchise agreement timelines. Maintain precedent database and assist with drafting legal documents. Research, organize, and summarize documents; ensure accuracy under tight deadlines. Track billable hours and maintain clear documentation. Requirements Paralegal certificate or related degree preferred. Minimum 5 years’ franchise experience. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant legal software. Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours with occasional overtime. Tools: Microsoft Suite, iManage, Kofax, NASAA EFD, and state-specific portals. Benefits Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
