What You Will Do
- Drive business development efforts to expand the company's client base and establish strategic partnerships.
- Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach and networking within the crypto and security sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with prospects.
- Present compelling proposals and product demonstrations to stakeholders, showcasing the value of the company's offerings.
- Track and report on sales metrics, adjusting strategies based on performance data to achieve revenue goals.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the crypto or cybersecurity sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and their applications in security.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
Preferred
- Experience working in a startup environment, particularly in venture-backed companies.
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems to manage leads and track performance.
- A network of contacts within the crypto and security industries that can be leveraged for business growth.
Compensation and Benefits
