What You Will Do

• Drive business development efforts to expand the company's client base and establish strategic partnerships.
• Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach and networking within the crypto and security sectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with prospects.
• Present compelling proposals and product demonstrations to stakeholders, showcasing the value of the company's offerings.
• Track and report on sales metrics, adjusting strategies based on performance data to achieve revenue goals.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the crypto or cybersecurity sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and their applications in security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits
