Your Role in Patient Care

• Performing thorough assessments, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and creating tailored care plans for each patient

Education and Credentials

Certification Needs

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Washington
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or willingness to secure within 90 days
