Position Summary

Are you a strategic product marketing leader who thrives on transforming businesses through consumer insight and bold innovation? Join us asourSeniorManagerProduct Marketing, whereyou’lllead the charge indefining our category strategy and building the innovation platforms that will drive growth.

In this role,you’llact as the strategic owner for your category-settingthe consumer-led vision, shaping theproduct positioning for the+5 yearproduct roadmap, and deciding which innovations move forward.You’llturn insights into action, building fewer, bigger, better products that create value forour customers, professionals,consumersandthe brand.

Partner closely with Brand Marketing and Sales to ensure every innovation launches with a clear strategy, compelling productstoryand strongconsumer &customer value proposition.

Performance & Optimization

Uncover opportunities for improvement and turn consumer and market learnings into recommendations that strengthen future innovation.

Qualifications:

Required

• 7+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, product management, categorymanagementor brand strategy within consumer-packaged goods
• Demonstrated success developing product or portfolio strategies that drive innovation, commercialgrowthand market differentiation
• Strong understanding of consumer insights and market research, with the ability to translate consumer needs into winning product strategies
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience evaluating business opportunities, developing businesscasesand influencing portfolio investment decisions
• Experience leading products from concept through commercializationhand-off, partnering across Product Development, Marketing,Salesand Operations
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in complex, matrixed organizations
• Experience balancing consumer needs, technicalfeasibilityand businessobjectivesto make strategic product decisions
• Excellent communication,presentationand storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and bringing clarity to ambiguous business challenges
• Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Business, Engineering or a related fieldrequired; MBA preferred

Work Environment

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
• This role requires on-site presence in the Stamford, CT office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
