Strategic Land Acquisition Analyst | Flexible Work-Life
Meritage Homes
Meritage Homes is seeking a Land Acquisition Analyst for its NorCal/Sacramento division. The role focuses on researching and analyzing land opportunities for residential development, producing detailed financial reports and pro-forma analyses.
The position requires a BA/BS in a related field and 3–5 years of acquisitions experience, with strong Excel proficiency and the ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineers and executives. Local real estate knowledge is a plus.
