We are seeking Direct Support Professionals for Full-Time 30+ hours per week position to join our team to improve the lives of people with disabilities. Position Details: At Heartland Industries- Direct Support Professional must be caring, compassionate, flexible, and have great people skills to support individuals with disabilities by modeling behaviors to help them gain skills and maintain employment. Requirements: Must be 21 or older and have a Driver's License/No driving violations in the past 3 years. Must be able to pass a background check. All required training will be provided. Interact with and lead the clients by modeling appropriate behavior and maintaining normalization principles. Document all client information - daily progress notes, program goal charting, communication notes, and other information as needed. Safely transport clients as needed.
