Summary The Cosmetics Counter Manager leads and supervises a team of Beauty Advisors, delivering excellent customer service and driving sales across in-store and online channels. The role focuses on building client relationships, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining an engaging merchandise presentation. Responsibilities Create a seamless and engaging in-store experience while cultivating customer relationships. Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology effectively. Participate in merchandising and operational activities. Lead the Beauty Advisor team and maintain a welcoming, productive sales floor. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of related experience. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
