What You'll Do

• Perform daily phlebotomy and specimen processing activities accurately and on time
• Collect both clinical and forensic specimens following established practices and procedures
• Verify patient demographics and specimen labeling, including patient signature post-venipuncture
• Maintain required records and documentation with strong attention to confidentiality and accuracy
• Create and maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
• Promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public

What We're Looking For

A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Minimum two years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision Strong organizational skills in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Flexibility to support staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, overtime, and travel to multiple locations with minimal notice Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, if applicable Keyboarding and data entry experience Ability to meet compliance requirements
