Construction Project Manager

Search Masters

Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously for clients of varying sizes
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and per defined scope
Perform costing and estimating activities for project pricing and billing purposes
Oversee industrial projects including steel mills, automotive facilities, and chemical plants
Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, with industrial experience preferred
General trade experience including steel, concrete, excavation, demolition, and carpentry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and costing/estimating software
Experience utilizing spreadsheets for estimating and project tracking
Established firm founded in 1991 with a strong track record of success
Serves a wide variety of clientele across industrial, government, and commercial sectors
Led by an outstanding leadership team committed to employee development and growth
