As a Scrum Master within PNC's Enterprise Tooling organization, you will be based in Strongsville, OH or Pittsburgh, PA.About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within a Financial Services environment. In this role, you will lead high performing Scrum teams delivering secure, compliant, and customer focused solutions while navigating complex regulatory and risk considerations. You will serve as a servant leader and Agile coach, partnering closely with Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams. Provides coaching to the Scrum Team(s) on how to execute the Scrum framework.Organizes and facilitates ceremonies, identifies improvement opportunities to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk. Tracks and communicates the overall team progress providing visibility to stakeholders.Serves as a filter to remove impediments to progress as identified by the team.
