This Human Resources Generalist opportunity is a temporary contract position supporting an established organization while a team member is on leave.

Key Responsibilities
As the Human Resources Generalist, you will:
- Support day-to-day human resources operations and employee needs
- Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel changes
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Provide administrative support for benefits, payroll, and other HR functions as needed
Qualifications
Ideal candidates for this Human Resources Generalist role will have:
- Previous Human Resources or HR Generalist experience
- Experience supporting employee relations and general HR administration
- Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills
- Ability to quickly learn processes and provide support in a contract environment
