Frazier & Deeter, a Top 50 accounting and advisory firm, seeks a Corporate Tax Manager to lead complex engagements from planning through completion. You’ll advise privately held and middle-market businesses on strategic tax planning, compliance, and consulting, including stock option planning and international tax considerations.
