Data AnalystWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform complex data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate will collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support business decisions and improve operational performance.The Data Analyst will work closely with business, technology, finance, marketing, and operations teams to identify trends, develop reports and dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, and communicate findings to stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical findings in a clear and practical manner.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, validate, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.Monitor KPIs and prepare recurring performance reports.Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.Translate business requirements into actionable data solutions.Perform statistical and trend analysis when required.Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, datasets, and analytical processes.Support data-driven decision-making across different business functions.EducationBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.Master's degree is a plus but not mandatory.Required SkillsStrong SQL skills.Experience with Microsoft Excel and advanced spreadsheet analysis.Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of basic statistics and data analysis techniques.Excellent attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.Experience2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.LocationAustin, Texas, USA — 78701Employment TypeFull-Time
