Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC 1 year of experience required 1 year of level 1 trauma acute care experience required State Licensed Assignment Details Monday through Friday, 0700-1530. Start time may be flexible up to 0800. Weekend requirement: one weekend during a 4 week period, including Saturday and Sunday, with a day off during the applicable week. No on-call requirement.
