Position Objective: We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales revenue growth while nurturing distributor customer relationships within a designated geographical area. The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, utilizing your exceptional organizational and sales skills. Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience as a Territory Manager
• Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Proficient in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organizational and leadership ability
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
• Bachelors in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement effective territory sales and marketing strategies
• Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
• Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
• Discover sales opportunities through market research
• Present products and services to prospective customers
• Participate in industry or promotional events to cultivate customer relationships
• Participate in training on sales techniques and company product attributes
• Assess sales performance according to KPIs
• Monitor competition within assigned region
• Prepare and submit reports to the Regional Manager
• Submit quotation requests and manage revisions and renewals
