Senior Helpers – Menomonee Falls, WI is currently seeking dedicated and qualified individuals for immediate employment as Overnight Shift Caregivers. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $19.00, with compensation paid on a bi-weekly basis. This role provides a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families by delivering exceptional care.

• Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate, individualized care that addresses the unique needs of each client.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to mobility assistance, medication reminders, and meal preparation.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of care provided, promptly reporting any changes in the client’s condition.
  • Work collaboratively with family members, healthcare professionals, and fellow team members to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.
• Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in a home-based care setting.
  • Flexibility and availability to accommodate varying shift schedules as required.
