Build & Release Engineer - AI Trainer

Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements:

• We need fluent English skills at a native or bilingual level.
• We require proficiency in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• We are looking for excellent written communication, including strong grammar and clarity.
• We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress.
• We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
• We can only consider candidates based in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

• We ask our team to design and solve a range of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• We expect you to write precise code examples and thorough explanations.
• We rely on you to assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• We want you to share feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models.
• We may also have you work on programming tasks such as building applications and analyzing data.
