Lunula Nail Salon Front Desk Lead/Assistant Manager

Lunula is looking for a warm, highly organized and proactive person to help lead the day-to-day guest and team experience at our Greenpoint nail salon.

This is more than a traditional receptionist role. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, anticipates what guests and the team need, and finds productive ways to strengthen the salon during quieter periods.

For the right person, there is an opportunity to grow into a larger salon management role.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and create a warm, professional experience. Handle guest concerns calmly and thoughtfully
• Manage appointments, calls, checkout and daily schedule changes. Keep the schedule and front desk running smoothly
• Support rebooking, guest outreach and cancellation follow-up
• Communicate with and support the technician team. Help keep the team productive and engaged during quieter periods
• Monitor inventory, supplies and salon presentation
• Support promotions, content and salon projects
• Take initiative and make sure important details don't fall through the cracks

• Strong communicator with excellent follow-through.
• Calm and solutions-oriented when problems arise. Comfortable taking responsibility and respectfully giving direction
• Interested in learning, contributing and growing into greater responsibility (e.g., marketing, management)
• Hospitality, salon/spa, retail, restaurant, healthcare or other guest-facing experience is a plus. Previous salon experience is helpful but not required.
