Test Technician

Our client, an industry leader in electronics manufacturing services, is seeking a dedicated Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the industrial department supporting the electronics manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Milpitas, CA Pay Range: $23-$24.00/hr Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM) What's the Job? Perform 5DX, ICT, and FCT testing of PCBA components to ensure quality standards are met. Follow Test Process Instructions accurately to maintain consistency and reliability in testing procedures. Identify components and interpret quality control specifications during testing processes. Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve testing issues promptly. What's Needed? Prior experience as a Test Operator in a PCBA electronics manufacturing environment. At least three years of work experience in PCBA manufacturing or contract electronics manufacturing industry. Knowledge of Test Process Instructions and electronics components. Ability to interpret quality control specifications and identify electronic components.
