CLM Agiloft Solutions Architect - Remote

Core Qualifications Agiloft implementation experience and certification is a must. Urgent profile today Location: Charlotte. Remote is okay, but a strong, authentic profile is required. Skills & Experience Hands‑on experience with one or more CLM tools/products such as: Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, Apttus, Conga, DocuSign CLM, SpringCM, etc. Experience implementing signature tools such as: Adobe Sign, DocuSign, etc. Well‑versed in business process mapping, workflow diagrams, template assembly, merge field mapping, and configuration of CLM tools. Ability to create and maintain well‑written artifacts such as process flows, user stories, and design documentation. Excellent client‑facing written and oral communication skills. Responsibilities Deliver end‑to‑end CLM implementations by: Assessing the current state and defining future state processes based on areas for improvement and fit‑gap analysis. Working with business users to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Designing scalable and reliable solutions. Managing the implementation/development of the solution. Serving as a liaison between the business and the development teams. Refining business requirements and managing business priorities while ensuring scope alignment. Leading and facilitating design workshops, documenting the output/findings, creating user stories, and obtaining customer sign‑off. Authoring and managing contract templates, clause libraries, workflows, and other CLM configurations. Recommending, contributing to, and applying CLM best practices. Creating clear and accurate training materials. Conducting user training and/or Train‑The‑Trainer sessions.Partnering with executive/project sponsors to promote user adoption. Appropriately assessing and communicating risks as well as alternative solutions where necessary.
