Role Description You are vital to daily business operations and customer success, growing the agency through meaningful customer relationships, marketing relevant products and services, and acting as a liaison between customers and agency departments. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
