Reimbursement Specialist (Home Health Billing & Collections)

Pride Health is hiring a Reimbursement Specialist (Home Health Billing & Collections) to support our client's healthcare facility in West Palm Beach, FL.

Job Details: Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (40 Hours/Week) Location: West Palm Beach, FL Job Type: local contract Contract Length: 13 Weeks Contract Pay Range: $20/hr - $25/hr. Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent medical billing and collections experience.
• Experience working with commercial insurance payers.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare reimbursement processes.
• Strong understanding of claims follow-up, denials, rejections, and collections.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and medical billing applications.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Home Health billing experience.
• Hospice or Medicare Part A billing experience.
• Experience with Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Payer collections.
• Experience using WellSky (Kinnser) and/or Homecare Homebase.
• Associate Degree preferred.
