Position Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This leadership role is responsible for managing therapy operations, supervising clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist with strong leadership skills and a passion for improving patient outcomes through effective rehabilitation programs.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $135,000 – $145,000 annually
- Competitive compensation based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation therapy department
- Supervise and support physical therapy staff and other rehabilitation professionals
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care across therapy services
- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs and treatment protocols
- Monitor departmental performance, productivity, and patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and departmental resources
- Promote professional development and training for therapy staff
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rehabilitation therapy
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and management skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage department operations effectively
