- Accounts payable / Accounts Receivable Knowledge
- Submit Cancellation paperwork
- License fee Refunds to customer
- Clerical functions such as billing, estimates, monthly statements, etc.
- Posting payments to general ledger and conducting daily cash reconciliations
- General Ledger Reconciliation
- Balance Sheet and Income statement knowledge
- Must be knowledgeable with Excel
- Run errands for the store
- Other duties may be assigned and cross training will be done frequently
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Willingness to do duties assigned with a quick turnaround
- Must be adaptable to changing priorities and varied responsibilities
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Ability to work well under seasonal stress
- File all necessary documents
- Keep office are neat and clean
