Construction Superintendent

The firm is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee multifamily projects from mobilization through closeout. This role carries full responsibility for on-site execution: coordinating subcontractors, maintaining the project schedule, and upholding quality and safety standards through unit turnover and project completion.

• Demonstrated experience as a Superintendent on multifamily construction projects

• Strong command of subcontractor management, scheduling, and unit turnover processes

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications with precision

• OSHA 30 certification

• Proficiency with Procore or comparable project management software

• Background in garden-style or ground-up multifamily construction
