Food & Beverage Manager Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts Position: Food & Beverage Manager Employment Type: Full-Time, Year-Round Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually Housing: Subsidized employee housing available Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance | 401(k) | PTO | Additional Employee Benefits About the Opportunity I am hiring on behalf of a luxury hospitality property in Nantucket, MA, seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to join their team on a full-time, year-round basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong F&B experience who enjoys leading teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and overseeing day-to-day restaurant and beverage operations within a high-end hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations and ensure consistently high service standards. Lead, train, mentor, and develop F&B team members. Ensure an exceptional guest experience across all dining and beverage outlets. Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, service, and floor coverage. Assist with scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management. Monitor service standards and address guest feedback in a professional manner. Work closely with culinary leadership to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house operations. Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost controls. Monitor labor and operating costs while maintaining service standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Help develop and implement operational procedures and service standards. Support F&B leadership with events, functions, and special guest experiences. Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Previous management experience within Food & Beverage, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, resorts, or clubs. Strong knowledge of restaurant and beverage operations. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong customer service and guest relations experience. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Strong attention to detail and a hands‑on management approach. Experience with scheduling, inventory, labor management, and cost control preferred. Hospitality or related education is an asset but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
