ABOUT THE ROLE

Werelooking for a skilledCarpenterto join our Installation Team serving the Plainfield and greater Indianapolis area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and likes seeing a project come together from start to finish.Youllwork on custom outdoor structures including patio enclosures, louvered roofs, and retractable screen systems at residential and commercial sites throughout Plainfield, Indianapolis, and surrounding Central Indiana communities.This is a full-timerole thatprovides avehicle allowanceandadditionalearnings through crew leadership andproduction bonuses.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Install custom outdoor structures including patio enclosures, pergolas, louvered roofs, and retractable screens

• Read and work from drawings, measurements, and installation plans

• Load, transport, and organize tools and materials at job sites

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite

• Communicate with customers during installations and represent the company professionally

• Train and supportcrewas needed

• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Proven construction, carpentry, or installation experience(3 to 5 years)

• Ability to read measurements and interpret drawings

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

• Strong communicationand teamwork skills

• Experience leading or mentoring others is an asset

• Ability to lift and carry up to75lbs regularly

• Comfortable using ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
