In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to design and implement individualized therapy plans. Serving a diverse population from kindergarten through high school, you’ll have a direct impact on students’ growth and development, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in New York
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children (K-12)
• Ability to assess students and develop evidence-based, individualized plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with documentation in a school setting is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver PT services to a range of students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create and implement IEPs
• Monitor and document student progress toward established goals
• Adapt therapy to meet diverse student needs and abilities
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and support classroom integration
