Powder Coater Painter Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Powder Coater Painter to join their team. As a Powder Coater Painter, you will be part of the production department supporting the coating and finishing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Hamilton, OH Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift: 6am - 4pm (MON-THUR / OT possible on Fridays) What's the Job? Operate the powder coat system, including loading powder and spraying products Hang and unhang products for coating and ensure proper oven operation Perform setup tasks such as changing powders and adjusting equipment Maintain conformance with quality specifications and standards Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and training others in powder coating operations What's Needed? Relevant work experience in painting, powder coating, or completion of trade school Ability to perform standard math calculations for machine adjustments Mechanical skills with tools and machinery, adaptable to repairs Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness What's in it for me?
