Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Assisted Living Epiphany Senior Housing, Coon Rapids, MN

Certified Nursing Assistants at Epiphany Senior Housing start at $18 to $22 an hour based on experience, with four shift patterns to choose from and a hiring team that responds within 48 hours of your application.

How you'll make an impact as a CNA in our assisted living community, you'll provide hands-on personal care and support residents' independence day to day. You'll bring a calm, steady presence, especially in moments that are stressful or unfamiliar for a resident, and you'll help residents make their own choices rather than doing everything for them.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily personal care
• Record vital signs and carry out nurse-delegated tasks as directed by the care team
• Operate mechanical lifts safely to support resident mobility and transfers
• Support residents' independence by offering choices and encouraging self-help skills
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team using accurate medical terminology
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow the community's care and safety protocols

What you'll need
Required:

• Active, unencumbered listing on the Minnesota Nurse Aide Registry
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate using medical terminology relevant to resident care
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred:

• Prior experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care 

Pay and benefits

• $18–$22/hour, with credit given for prior experience

Schedule: Multiple shift patterns available, part-time and full-time:

• AM Shift — 9 shifts per pay period (Wk 1: Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed / Wk 2: Fri, Mon, Tue, Wed)
• PM Shift — 7 shifts per pay period (Wk 1: Sat, Sun, Wed, Thu / Wk 2: Fri, Wed, Thu)
• AM Shift — 7 shifts per pay period (Wk 1: Mon, Wed / Wk 2: Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Wed)
• AM Shift — 6 shifts per pay period (Wk 1: Fri, Mon, Thu / Wk 2: Sat, Sun, Tue)
