We are looking for a Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) for Region 3 to join our Team!

The Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) is a key member of the Regional Management team. The position reports to Operations and is responsible for all day-to-day activities and supervision of the facility's business office functions.

Qualifications for Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) :

  • Proficient organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.

  • Creative problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Advanced working knowledge of billing operations, including charges, coding, payment, insurance claims, and appeals.

  • Excellent computer skills.

  • Drive for high outcomes.

  • Ability to travel.

  • Regional experience preferred.
