Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager

MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced IT Infra Project Manager for a client located in Milwaukee, WI . Our client is a well-known and highly respected technologies and organization seeking bright, tech-savvy talent.

• Role: Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager
• Location: Must reside in the Greater Milwaukee area . Primarily remote, but requires frequent travel to WEC locations throughout the region.
• Duration: Long-term contract through the end of the year , with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple, concurrent enterprise infrastructure projects .
• Manage large-scale initiatives involving:
  • LAN/WAN
  • Campus networking
  • Firewalls
  • General IT infrastructure
• Oversee project budgets, vendor management, financial tracking, and accruals.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large enterprise infrastructure projects .
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously .
• Strong background managing project financials , including budgets and Excel-based accrual tracking .
• PWA (Project Web App) experience is a hard requirement .
  • Candidates with strong ERP project management experience may also be considered.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must currently reside in the Greater Milwaukee area .

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification (preferred but not required ).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required ).
