HVAC Specialist

Overview HVAC Specialist - Up to $30/hr - Day and Evening Shifts Available - Minimal Travel - Full Benefits Our company is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. Prior experience with HVAC systems is a must to be considered for this role. Experience as a Diesel Technician is a plus. Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, analysis, and timely completion of projects and activities.
- Install mechanical equipment and systems using a variety of hand tools.
- Ensure adherence to internal contracting processes.
- Manage assigned inventory and company equipment.
- Generate sales leads and forward to appropriate personnel.
- Document work and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate and interact with customers and their representatives.
- Associate's degree or equivalent with five years of experience installing HVAC systems, or seven years of field experience in HVAC. Experience as a Diesel Technician is a plus.
- Must possess basic language, mathematical, and reasoning abilities.
- Must have a valid driver's license and Universal Refrigerant Certification.
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- 1:00 PM-10:00 PM ($1/hour shift differential) Work is primarily conducted in-shop with minimal travel (less than 10%, no overnights).
