Boutique Center Supervisor

Job Details This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of both our donation center and retail store. The Supervisor will lead and work alongside a dedicated team of volunteers, providing guidance and hands‑on support in receiving, processing, pricing, merchandising, and selling donated items. This is a highly interactive, fast‑paced position that requires strong organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for customers, donors, and volunteers alike. Flexibility in scheduling—including availability on Saturdays—is essential to meet the operational needs of the boutique. 25‑30 hours per week. Qualifications – Required H.S. Diploma. Retail Supervisory Experience (Preferred). Experience working with an Older Population (Preferred). Background check required. Skills & Competencies Friendly, respectful demeanor. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work effectively with volunteers and team members. Proven retail or customer service experience. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Workplace is a combined office/retail store/warehouse environment. Must be willing to walk/stand up to 8 hours a day.
