Restaurant Assistant Manager

Restaurant Assistant Manager Duties & Responsibilities Must be well versed in ALL restaurant functions including kitchen, counter, and dining room Learn the ordering processes for food, alcohol, and sundries Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, dining room, and office Manage payroll through proper supervision, schedule reliance, and computer edits Maintain and cultivate a great relationship with your customers by bending over backwards to ensure their dining experience at BH is a great one Cultivate a positive working relationship between you and your staff. Lead by example and treat people with respect, building a strong team around you Maintain good character and integrity Ensure the dining room is clean and ready to go when the restaurant opens (sauces set, chairs wiped, tables lined up properly, entrance doors cleaned, etc.) Responsible for taking catering/phone orders and following through with those orders General As Assistant General Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of food service operations including food cost controls, inventory/ordering, labor controls, positive staff supervision, and ultimately, great customer experiences. It is your job to manage and operate a smooth‑running restaurant that includes three specific areas: A well run dining room A service counter and order station with a brisk carry‑out business A from‑scratch kitchen that consistently produces high quality BBQ #J-18808-Ljbffr
