Position Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bakery Assistant to join our team. This role supports our pastry and bakery operations by assisting with production, preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Ideal for someone who enjoys baking, works well in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in consistency and presentation. Shifts will be 2-3 mornings a week Monday-Friday. Responsibilities Assist with preparation and production of baked goods, desserts, and pastries Follow recipes and production schedules accurately Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients Support chefs with decorating, finishing, and plating items Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and bakery areas Properly store ingredients and finished products Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with packing and labeling for events as needed Qualifications Previous bakery, pastry, or kitchen experience preferred (but not required) Passion for baking and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed What We Offer Hands-on experience in a professional catering kitchen Opportunity to grow within a well-established catering company Supportive and team-driven work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Combined Caterers, Inc.
