Telemetry Registered Nurse

Dignity Health – St. Rose Dominican Neighborhood Hospital seeks a Telemetry Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a small-format, acute care setting. The Telemetry RN monitors cardiac rhythms, manages complex IV therapies, and responds rapidly to changes in patient status. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing care plans, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, and ensuring accurate documentation. This role supports a mission-driven, patient-first culture focused on dignity, respect, and holistic care in the Las Vegas community, with opportunities for growth within a large health system.
